Spendkin is a personal finance tracking tool. It is not a bank, financial adviser, or money transmitter. Its figures are informational and depend on the alerts your providers send — verify against your bank’s records before making financial decisions.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, and for the capture channels you enable. Only capture data you are entitled to receive.
3. Subscriptions
Spendkin Plus is billed through the App Store or Play Store at the price shown before purchase — $4.99/month or $39.99/year. It renews automatically until cancelled in your store’s subscription settings; store refund policies apply. We never charge outside the stores.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, probe, overload, or disrupt the service; don’t send capture content you have no right to; don’t attempt to access other users’ data.
5. Your data
Your transactions are yours. You can export them at any time and delete them — or your whole account — in-app. See the privacy policy for what we store and for how long.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
